Gazpromneft discusses possibility to export 8 million tons of oil via ESPO with the Ministry of Energy; the company intends to supply raw materials to Vietnam, but at the same time it can decrease oil supplies to European consumers, the newspaper Vedomosti writes on Tuesday, referring to its sources.
