Four more wells to be drilled at South-Kirinskoye field

In the next two years, four more exploration wells will be at the South-Kirinskoye gas condensate field (the Sakhalin-3 project), director of Centre of Marine Oil and Gas fields of the Russian Research Institute of Natural Gas of Gazprom, Marat Mansurov reported at the conference "Oil and Gas of Sakhalin" today.

Two new wells №7 and №8 will confirm or refute the hypothesis about the productivity of the foundation and to establish a zone of oil rims distribution. The first will be located in the south of the field, and the second - in the north.
