Naftogaz Ukrainy has stated that Ukrtatnafta is in a bad financial situation and its statement on the company's willingness to compensate for all expenses, associated with the payment by the decision of the International Arbitration Court on case of Tatneft against the Ukraine, to the state budget of the Ukraine, is excess of power of the company's management.
