Rosneft, Seadrill Limited and North Atlantic Drilling Limited (NADL) have closed the long-term agreement for cooperation in the sphere of realization of the projects for oil service provision. The document presupposes purchase by Rosneft of NADL stock via exchange of assets and investment to the authorized capital of the company. Besides from that, the terms presuppose possible enlargement of Rosneft’s shareholding in NADL capital with the development of cooperation.
