Ukraine to sign a PSA with the consortium headed by ExxonMobil at the end of September

At the end of September Ukraine expects to sign a PSA for hydrocarbons in the Skifskaya area of deep-water shelf of the Black Sea with the consortium headed by ExxonMobil, the Ukrainian Minister of Energy and the Coal Industry, Eduard Stavitsky reported on Wednesday.
“Speaking about the agreement with ExxonMobil, we expect, it will be signed at the end of September”, Stavitsky said at the press conference.
