The Ukraine may inspect fulfillment of Rosneft’s liabilities to the Lisichansk refinery

The Ukrainian Government may inspect the fulfillment of liabilities, undertaken by the owner of the Lisichansk refinery (Rosneft) during the privatization, the Ukrainian Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Eduard Stavitsky stated on Wednesday.
