Gazpromneft may pay dividends for H1 in the amount of 4.09 per share

Gazpromneft’s Board of Directors has advised the meeting of shareholders to pay interim dividends for the first six months of 2013 in the amount of 4.09 rubles per 1 ordinary share, the company reports.
Earlier Gazpromneft didn’t pay interim dividends. The Board of Directors also decided to convene an extraordinary meeting of the company’s shareholders on issue of interim dividends payment on September 30 of the current year. The register will close on August, 25.
