Cabinet of Ministers permits Naftogas to issue bonds for 4.8 billion hryvnias

The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has permitted Naftogass Ukrainy to issue registered interest bearing secured bonds for 4.8 billion hryvnias to pay debt on credit agreements, the Minister of Energy and Coal industry Eduard Stavitsky reported, as the Interfax-Ukraina transmits.
