Timchenko and Rotenberg are offered chance to buy Bashneft

The proposal to buy 50.1% of Bashneft was received by 35 companies and 25 major Russian businessmen. Among them, as the RBC has found, are Gennady Timchenko and Arkady Rotenberg.
