Rosneft reports on implementation of Magadan-1 offshore project

Rosneft, the holder of license for exploration and production of hydrocarbons, has sent a detailed report on the progress of works on the offshore license area Magadan-1 to the Governor of the Magadan region.
The area of the Rosneft’s planned work is located in the southern part of the licensed area Magadan-1 within the Russian continental shelf in the Sea of Okhotsk. Magadanmorneftegaz (a joint venture of Rosneft and Norwegian Statoil) carries out geological exploration.
