Antimonopoly Committee makes Ministry of Energy and Coal agree accreditation of laboratories

The Antimonopoly Committee of the Ukraine has advised that the Ministry of Energy and Coal of the Ukraine should approve a regulatory act that states the order of determination of certified testing laboratories of fuel quality (diesel, marine and boiler fuels) the project of which has been preliminarily agreed with the Committee.

The Antimonopoly Committee thinks that the absence of the order of certification of testing laboratories founds grounds for possible abuse in the fuel market.
