In 2013, Rosneft is going to invest over $700 million into the Komsomolsk-on-Amur oil refinery

In 2013, Rosneft is going to invest 23 billion rubles or $709 million to Komsomolsk-on-Amur oil refinery. The main purpose of the upgrading is to deepen oil refining to 93.7% from 80% now and to improve quality of produced car fuel to Euro-5 standard. Now depth of refining is 80%. Much funds will be invested to environment protection. The hydrocracking project presupposes the use of fully closed torch utility of smoke-free burning of gases and steams.
