Gazpromneft completes foundation of the first closed flare device in oil processing in Siberia

At the construction site of installation of primary oil refining AT-9 of Gazpromneft’s Omsk refinery, which is being reconstructed, the work on the foundation for a closed flare device has been completed.
The company notes that the installation will meet the modern requirements of ecological and industrial safety.
