Gazprom Neft and Sakhalin Energy to share experience

​In the framework of managerial and production experience sharing Gazprom Neft and “Sakhalin Energy Investment Limited” have signed a cooperation agreement in the sphere of personnel training. Within 5 years the companies will host specialists at their sites and give them opportunities to study the experience accumulated in the process of development of shelf deposits. It will allow to go on perfection of practical skills at the shelf projects and will strengthen the competence of personnel.

The issues of organization of training of a number of specialists primarily of production activity are worked out. Among them is production safety organization and raising the efficiency, organization of cargo lifting operations at offshore platforms, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), fleet management and maintenance of vessels, offshore logistics.
