Afghanistan is ready to create "good conditions" for Gazprom for the purpose of attracting the Russian state-owned company to operate in the country, the Afghan Minister of Energy and Water Resources Ali Ahmad Osmani told reporters on the margins of the V International forum "Big Chemistry".
