Rosneft completes consolidation of 100% of RN Holding company

Rosneft has successfully completed the consolidation of 100 % of RN Holding company’s shares, the company reported
"On May 16th, 2014, Rosneft successfully completed the buyback of shares from minority shareholders of the RN Holding company on rthe equest, sent to RN Holding company on March 7th, 2014 in accordance with Article 84.8 of the Federal Law "On Joint Stock Companies",” – the report says.
On the results of the buyback, Rosneft together with its affiliated company Novy Investments Limited became the owner of 100 % of the ordinary registered uncertificated shares and preferred registered uncertificated shares of RN Holding company.
