Gazprom is going to move to the calculation of dividends based on profit by ISA

Within the bounds of the program for the increase of its capitalization, Gazprom is going to move to the calculation of dividends based on net profit by ISA, not based on net profit by RAS. In May, the Deputy Chief Accounter of Gazprom, M. Roseyev said that the company was not going as yet to transit to calculation of dividends based on 25% of net profit by ISA, not by RAS. In his opinion, this measure won’t happen in 2013 but can be expected in 2014.
