The Asian Development Bank recommends Kazakhstan to focus on the development of oil refining, the vice-president of ADB Lakshmi Venkatachalam asserted on Wednesday.
“As for innovations via technology transfer, hydrocarbon processing into high value-added petroleum products may become one of the most effective ways of using its privileges for Kazakhstan, regarding mineral resources riches and an attraction of world-class investors,” Venkatachalam said during the meeting of Foreign Investors’ Council.
