"Tatneft" has put forward new legal claims on the case of the seizure of the largest in the Ukraine Kremenchug oil refinery, which the company controlled until 2007. At this time the Russian company plans to recover $ 334 million of debt and interest for the supply of oil to the plant in an English court, among the defendants aew the co-owners of the "Privat" group of Igor Kolomoiskiy and Gennadiy Bogolyubov.
