Russian steel producers benefit from exports because of cheap rouble

Leading players in the global market understand rules of the game differently, Anatoliy Dzhumaylo, the columnist of the business department states.

Although Russian steel producers benefit from exports at the expense of cheap rouble, the world prices of almost all raw materials and products are close to the minimum. And, apparently, in this case, market participants have little to do. The sample is before their eyes - OPEC, which in previous years has introduced quotas, maintaining a margin for the key manufacturers, but it was not easy to copy this scheme.
