The rules of the Game.

The rules of the game in competition imitation were studied by special correspondent of the Fuel and Energy Complex group, Anna Solodovnikova.

When the government has set the RF Ministry of Natural resources a task to remove the affiliation among the subsoil auctions participants, the agency faced a conundrum. On the one hand, according to the received instructions the Ministry was to develop the conditions for transparent competition in the market, and it enlivens except in the case of a really big fish - a large deposit of federal significance. On the other hand, it is necessary for small and unattractive land to go into the circulation and maintain stability in production – it is, in fact, the main indicator of the RF Ministry of Natural resources quality.
