NLMK Group reduced steel production by 3.8% to 3.909 million tons in Q1

NLMK Group reduced steel production by 3.8% to 3.909 million tons in Q1, due to reduction in sort steel production by 7.5% in connection with development of the new sort of product. Within the period, the sales increased by 8.3% to 3.867 million tons, and ready steel sales increased by 11% to 2.565 million tons, having shared 66% in the total sales. The sales to the Russian market increased by 6.1% to 1.549 million tons, and the sales at the other markets increased by 9.8% to 2.318 million tons, having shared 60% in the total sales.
