In January – March, Russia increased coal exports by 17.3% to 35.819 million tons, in comparison to 35.819 million tons within the corresponding period of the previous year. In March, Russia exported 12.123 million tons of coal (+9.1%). In March, production reduced by 3.5% to 28.753 million tons, and supplied 26.302 million tons of the volume. In January – February, production increased by 2.8%. Last year production reduced by 0.78% to 352.1 million tons.
