"Gazprom" and Turkey will conduct the negotiations, which will consider the possibility to increase the annual gas deliveries from 16 to 19 billion cubic meters. For such an increase it is not necessary to build a new pipeline, "technical manipulations with the existing pipe" would be enough. Turkey can expect a 3% discount for increasing the volume of purchases.
