Russia not eager to increase oil supplies to Belarus oil refineries

The Russian Government has prepared the letter to the Belarus side about unwillingness to coordinate enlargement in oil supplies to the Belarus oil refineries in Q3 and Q4 2013, due to non-fulfillment by Minsk of the clauses for returning of the agreed volume of oil products made from Russian oil and in postponing of realization of joint integration projects.
