The Lukoil’s Board of Directors will discuss the preparation for annual meeting, including dividends payment, at the offsite meeting on Monday.
In February, the Board of Directors approved a list of candidates to the company’s Board, but it didn’t adopt recommendations on dividend size and didn’t set the annual meeting date.
