By 2016, Shymkent and Pavlodar oil refineries will complete reconstruction, the Minister of Oil and Gas of Kazakhstan S. Mynbayev says. They elaborate design and budget study for the project and have elected the licensees for the main technological devices. For intensification of realization of the projects, they decided to combine the stage of elaboration of design and budget study with the stage of early attraction of a contractor, and ordering of durably made equipment.
