“Shale revolution” will backfire on “Gazprom”

The gas price for the Russian manufacturers will be defined by both export prices of “Gazprom” and gas price on the markets of Europe and the USA since 2016. This is the forecast of social-economic development of Russia for 2014 and 2015-2016 of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, RBK Daily writes.

The current spot gas price on the American Henry Hub makes up $157 per 1 thousand cubic meters, while on the British National Balancing Point it makes up $363 per 1 thousand cubic meters. An average price of the Russian gas in the non-CIS countries makes up about $400 per 1 thousand cubic meters.
