S&P confirms ratings of Russia of BB+/BBB- with negative outlook

International rating agency Standard & Poor's has confirmed the long-term and short-term foreign currency sovereign credit ratings of the Russian Federation at the level of "BB +"/"B" and the long-term and short-term ratings of Russia in national currency at the level of "BBB- / A-3" with a negative outlook, the agency reports.
