Qatar invites Russia to a meeting of oil producers in Doha

Qatar has invited Russia to discuss the stabilization of oil production, spokesman for the Ministry of Energy stated.
The meeting of oil-producing countries is scheduled for April 17 in Doha. Meanwhile, OPEC’s Secretary General Abdullah al-Badri calls on to wait for the decision on freezing before discussing the decline in production volume.
