Vagit Alekperov purchased 30 thousand shares of the company at the amount of 60.3 million RUR, the company reports.
The transaction took place in Moscow on March 18, 2013. Thus, Alekperov directly holds 2.321% of the company. On March 11 Alekperov purchased 1.04 million ordinary shares of Lukoil at the amount of 69.128 million USD. As a result, his direct share in the authorized capital increased from 2.195% to 2.3%.
