Rosneft is not going to buy out stocks of minority shareholders of BP-TNK as yet, the chief of Rosneft I. Sechin says. ‘We have not accepted any liabilities towards the minority shareholders as yet, it’s a matter of business of the former shareholders. Sorry, they chose BP-TNK, haven’t evaluated prospects of Rosneft’.
