LUKOIL started an operation on an implementation of a project in Kalmykia. CEO of LUKOIL-Nizhnevolzhskneft N.Lyashko said at a meeting with a chairman of the government of Kalmykia I.Zotov.
LUKOIL moved into the active stage of the deposit's arrangement. It is about to start the implementation of the project.
