Beneficial terms of Russian oil products supplies have brought $4 billion to Belarus, the Vice Premier of Belarus P. Prokopovich says. The terms will not be changed in near time that will give an opportunity to upgrade its enterprises to Belarus. Now oil is supplied to the Belarus oil refineries by Surgutneftegaz, Rosneft, Lukoil, Gazprom Neft, BP-TNK, Tatneft, Russneft and Bashneft, producing 90% of Russian oil in the total.
