Gazprom Neft to place the bonds of 17-23 series at the amount of 55 billion RUR

The Board of Directors of Gazprom Neft approved the prospectuses of 10-year bonds of 17-23 series at the amount of 55 billion RUR, the company reports.

The issuer is going to place the bonds by public offering at the following amount: 17-19 series – 10 billion RUR each, 20 series - 7 billion RUR, 21 – 8 billion RUR and 22-23 – 5 billion RUR each.

The approval of the prospectuses took place at the meeting of the Board on February 21.

Currently five issue of the company’s classil bonds and two issues of the company’s commercial papers are in circulation. The total nominal amount of the issue makes up 70 billion RUR.

Gazprom holds 95.68% of Gazprom Neft. In 2012 IAS profit of Gazprom Neft increased by 10.2% - to 176.7 billion RUR.
