Bashneft will analyze possible partnership with Lukoil in the Imilor deposit development after solution of the point of Trebs and Titov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of System AFK, the majority shareholder of Bashneft V. Evtushenkov says. The point has not been discussed with Lukoil as yet.
Lukoil won the right for the Imilor deposit development at the tender in the end of December 2012 for 50.8 billion rubles. In January, the chief of the company V. Alekperov claimed that probably Lukoil would found an alliance for the deposit development.
