Central Bank not to sell palladium to “Norilsk Nickel” because of low prices

The Central Bank of the Russian Federation states that prices of palladium are too low to sell it to a group of investors, headed by GMK “Norilsk Nickel”, Bloomberg reports citing the sources, familiar with the situation.
Negotiations with investors terminated amidst the reduction of prices on palladium to a 5-years minimum.
