Gazprom reduces investments for the good of Turkish Stream

According to the sources in the company’s subsidiaries “Gazprom dobycha Nadym” and “Gazprom dobycha Yamburg”, “Izvestiya” cites to, the investments plans of the company have been changed as for the deposits Bovanenkovo and Tazovskoye (Yamal).The investments will more likely be redirected for the “Turkish Stream” project.
According to the sources, the launch of the third stage of production has been postponed at Bovanenkovo (planned in 2017) and the gas production at the Tazovskoye deposit is not carried out at present.
