In 2014, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology is going to execute the complex of the measures aimed to upgrading of the licensing procedure for the subsoil sites, including transferring from the license terms to the design documentation of the level of minerals production and the types of geological exploration. The chief of the Ministry S. Donskoy also states the need in execution of actualization of these liabilities excluding those that lost the meaning or non-accomplished due to external factors.
