Rusarm Ltd, the Department for Industry, and the Administration of the Tikhoretsk district have signed the agreement for the investment project realization. The project presupposes the production of rolled steel for construction including hardware, steel rolls and profiles. They will invest to the project 5 billion roubles. The plant will be put into operation in 2014.
