Lukoil prepares to participation in the Mexican tenders, the chief of the company V. Alekperov says. 169 blocks will be offered to the investors.
The tenders will be held in January – October 2015. Mr. Alekperov visited Mexico recently and held negotiations there.
Lukoil is going to join the shelf projects of the country in the Mexican Gulf. In January, Lukoil closed the cooperation agreement with the Mexican state oil and gas and oil chemical company Pemex.
