The Netherlands are interested in enlargement of Azeri oil imports, the mayor of Rotterdam A. Aboutaleb says. The port accepts 2 million tons of Azeri oil that shares 2% of total supplies. At the visit to Azerbaijan, they discuss broadening in cooperation in the oil and gas sector. They have held the negotiations with SOCAR on November 20, and think that Azeri oil supplies to Rotterdam will be advantageous for the Azeri side. It’s early too much to give any concrete details, the negotiations are in their very beginning.
