Sakhalin Energy postpones installation of the next oil platform within the Sakhalin-2 project

The company Sakhalin Energy has decided to postpone the date of installation of the next oil platform in the key wildlife habitat area of grey whales in the Okhotsk Sea. According to report of the International group of specialists in gre whales under the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources, the discussion of plans of the Sakhalin-2 platform construction was postponed till 2017 at least, the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) informs.
