Rosneft and Gazprombank have founded a consortium for the construction of the Zvezda dockyard in the Far East. The United Shipbuilding Corp. which founded this project will either become a minority shareholder or leave it.
Zvezda is the project of a dockyard's construction in the Far East to deal with production of ice-class vessels and LNG carriers. The construction started in 2009, the precise terms have not been specified yet. The investments will make up about 100 billion RUR.
