On August 12th, Stroytransgaz registered subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Serbia and Slovenia, the Official Single Register of Legal Entities reports.
The company expects to receive Gazprom’s orders on the construction of the land sections of the South Stream gas pipeline, which will be laid through Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary and Slovenia.
There are no headquarters for while,the subsidiaries exist only on paper.
