The capacity of the plant of Eastern Oil Chemical Company planned to be built in Primorye is being enlarged to 30 million tons of oil annually, by 3 times more than planned before, under the renewed configuration. The changes in the project are connected with the need to provide the perspective needs of the Far Eastern region in motor fuel. Besides from that, the planned capacity meets the forecasted demand at oil chemical and fuel markets of the APO region.
