Belarus increased by 7 times oil products supplies to Russia

In H1 2013, Belarus increased oil products supplies to Russia by 7 times to 716,000 tons for $446.6 million, compared to 99,000 tons for $64.2 million in H1 2012.

Supplies to the Ukraine were 1.58 million tons for $1.52 billion, compared to 2.14 million tons for $2.09 billion in H1 2012.

Within the period, Belarus declined exports to Latvia and the Netherlands.

Experts think that the decline is connected with cessation in bio-diesel supplies in autumn 2012, and areduction in the average oil products price that also led to decline in exports in price equivalent.
