The shareholders of OJSC "Gazprom" will consider the question of a number of major contracts with the insurance company SOGAZ, which may be committed by the concern in the future in the process of economic activity, at the annual meeting on June 27, according to the materials for the shareholders meeting.
In particular, the shareholders may approve the contracts for property insurance, liability limit under which amounts to no more than 16 trillion roubles, the premium to the insurer - 6.87 billion roubles.
