Amount of Gazprom’s one-off payment for license for Khandinsky site of Kovykta to be 14.738 billion rubles

The one-off payment of Gazprom for the license for the subsoil use of the Khandinsky area in the Irkutsk region will make up 14.738 billion rubles, Rosnedra’s order says.

At the end of April, Russian Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree granting the right to use subsoil of the Khandinsky site to Gazprom for exploration and production of hydrocarbons.
