Recoverable resources increase within the framework of the Uvat project during 2004-2012 made up 167 million tons of oil. It is by 6 times more the volume of the produced oil within the same period, the press-service of LLC “TNK-Uvat” states.
The active development of the deposit Uvat started in 2004 after the launch of a joint investment project with the Government of the Tyumen region on providing for the development of an oil producing complex by means of involving into the development difficult-to-recover resources at the depleted fields of the Tyumen region and hydrocarbon resources in the Uvat district.
